Our service staff are dedicated and professional, led by our Head of Staff with over 30 years of experience tending to every unique need in carrying out flawless events. Our bartenders are creative, friendly and efficient- no lines at the bar at our events and smiling faces all around! We are small and tight-knit on purpose. We are known for our personal approach to events and believe this is the only way to do business. You won't be passed off between different staff or get a second or third tier crew- one of the owners will work hand-in-hand with you in creating and planning your event and your event will be staffed by the IVC crew- the same one that you read about in reviews from past clients
